Decreased self-esteem
Social withdrawal
A poor body image
Low levels of trust
Embarrassment
Depression
Anger, frustration
Worry about appearance
These are often interrelated and may gradually worsen if not treated in time. The existence of these conditions often encourage patients from pursuing opportunities in the workplace or in their lives.
