Self-care for acne
Self-care for acne
Help is here at last!
Here are some tips to follow if you suffer from acne outbreaks, and even if you do not need you, you can forward it to a friend who is in distress.
These tips were taken from the vast experience of our nutritionist in London and our qualified and experienced dermatologists who are an integral part of our team physicians Dr. Batra
Dietary advice:
Sulfur-rich foods such as onions and garlic are useful in reducing household
Increase foods rich in zinc, such as soybeans, grains, sunflower seeds and raw nuts
Drink plenty of water
Avoid sugar, cigarettes, fried and fatty foods
Keep dairy products and red meat items to a minimum
Skin care in general:
Avoid rubbing hard / over-wash acne affected areas
Avoid touching your face often
Do not squeeze pimples, as this may push the infection deeper into the skin
Protect your skin from the sun
Keep your hair clean and stay away from the face
Avoid fatty or cream-based make-up
Always remove makeup before going to bed
Exercise regularly
After a heavy workout or a workout, take a bath, because the sweat on the skin can trap bacteria
Always wear clean clothes that allow your skin to breathe
