Effective Blind Pimple Treatment

The best blind pimple treatment is salicylic acid, which is very effective in moving trapped sebum to the surface of the skin. In the case of this type of pimple without a head, the infection is deep-rooted, and no head is formed for the pus to drain through. A wide range of creams and lotions are available containing salicyclic acid. View our article on treating a painful pimple under skin for more information.
To remove a blind boil, you need to turn it into a pustule (a pimple filled with pus). Dip a cotton ball in hot water and place it over the affected skin. Repeat this several times until the boil forms a head. If you are lucky, you may find that this blind pimple treatment removes the blemish completely, without it forming a head. Some natural home remedies can help with this, such as honey (check out our article on using honey for pimples), which is known for its antibacterial properties. Simply apply a tiny spot of honey to the surface of your skin with a clean fingertip.
If your boil does form a head, wash your skin then hold your head over a basin of boiling water to open up your pores. With a facial tissue over your fingertips, apply firm but gentle pressure to either side of the pimple. If it does not pop straight away, leave it alone and repeat the process the following day. Squeezing blemishes before they are ready can result in scarring.
