Home Remedies for Dark Circle

Whatever be the reason of dark circles, they do not look good anyway.
It is quite ordinary to have dark circles under the eyes (black or dark eye circles), but they are usually momentary and can be treated. Dark circles under eyes can be due to many reasons- fatigue, sleep deprivation, stress, depression, nutrient deficiency, lack of balance diet, hyper pigmentation, sun exposure, or excessive use of drugs and medicines. They can easily be treated with certain home remedies.
As we grow old the skin under eyes become more dry and wrinkled. The wrinkled skin below eyes appears as dark circles around eyes.
These home remedies include simple ingredients found in the kitchen, application of some herbs, certain changes in lifestyle, yoga and exercise.
Home Remedies for Dark Circle:-
Massage with almond oil under and around eyes at bed time daily for 2 weeks and see the development. Almond helps to get rid of dark circles, and is an excellent “skin food”.
Apply freeze cucumber juice around the eyes. This not only reduces dark circles but also cures puffiness around the eyes.
Take two cotton balls. Dip them into cucumber or potato juice and place them on the eyes. Mix lemon and tomato juice and apply it on the dark circles twice a day.
Leave a spoon in the freezer for about 10 minutes. then take it out and apply to the under-eye area. (do this very carefully so the spoon doesn’t get stuck) do this to each eye for about 3 minutes
Poor nutrition leads to paleness of skin under eyes. Lack of essential nutrients in diet or poor diet causes discoloration of under eye skin.
Mix crushed almonds with a few drops of milk. Apply this paste around eyes every morning for ten minutes.
Use hot and cold clothes alternatively under eyes for 10-15 minutes. Then apply some almond oil on the dark area before going to bed.
Crushed some mint leaves and apply under the eye. Keep it for about twenty minutes.
